| PurposeStatement:職位描述：Thispositionisresponsiblefalllowvoltageelectricalequipmentmaintenancesparepartsmanagement.AndalsoDCScontrolsystemmanagement.自控和儀表工程師負責工廠內(nèi)所有低壓電器的維護管理，以及備件的管理，并且負責市場自控系統(tǒng)。KeyResponsibilities:主要職責：Preparemaintenancerepairwkingplan,minimizeopptunityofequipmentshutdown..編制維護和維修工作計劃；防止停機事故的發(fā)生Obligationscomingourquality,safetyenvironmentalsystems.其他與質量，安全和環(huán)境系統(tǒng)相關的責任。Ensuresystemoperationsafety.保證系統(tǒng)和操作安全。Quickresponsetoautomationequipmentfailure,improveefficiencyofthesystem及時排除自動化設備方面的故障，改善系統(tǒng)效率。ImplementofBestOperationalPractices貫徹執(zhí)行良好作業(yè)規(guī)范Providetechnicalguidancetomaintenancepeoplesupervisemaintenancequality.為維修人員提供技術指導，控制維修質量。Assistancetopreparepreventivemaintenanceplanequipmentoperationfile.協(xié)助制定設備預防性維修計劃，建立設備運行檔案。Sparemanagement,repaircostcontrol.負責相關零備件管理，控制維修費用。Inspectmakesuresafeoperationoftheequipment.檢查落實設備的安全運行。Developmentoftheskillsoftechnicianspersonnelofotherdepartments,getallnecessarycertificate培訓所屬員工并取得相關上崗證書，并為其他部門提供相關培訓。Documentingofdrawings,testreptsothermaintenancerelatedrepts.圖紙，測試報告和其他維修相關文件的存檔。ComplywithcompanyEHSrequirementscontinuouslyidentifyingareasfimprovement.遵守公司環(huán)境健康和安全要求，并不斷完善。Otherassignedtasks其它分配的工作。Requirements:崗位要求：Universitydegreeabove,suitableinstrumentautomationeducationtrainingbackground.大學以上學歷，相應的儀表及自動化教育和培訓背景。Minimumofthreeyearsexperienceofautomationwkssupervisingtasks至少三年自控設備維修和管理工作經(jīng)歷GoodEnglishlanguageskillsinalcommunication,readingwriting有良好的英文口語，閱讀和寫作的能力。Goodmanagement,communicationcodinationskills良好的管理，溝通和協(xié)調技巧。Flexiblehardwkingacteristicsareessential具備靈活和勤奮工作的基本要求。AcceptableEnglishlanguage相應的英語語言能力Goodcommunicationskillsgoodteamwkplayer.良好的溝通技巧和團對合作。Goodtimemanagement良好的時間管理技能。 |
